[News] Jolin once again appeared in MFBBT

[2009-03-14] Jolin once again appeared in Channel[V]’s Mo Fan Bang Bang Tang bringing her sexy dance which made all the boys hyper. A Wei’s legs were too short to learn splits and almost fell, Ao Quan learning the butterfly pose where he handsomely fly up but fell back down.

Before the studio recording Lollipop dressed up as paparazzi and surprise visit Jolin, Lollipop asked out of Lollipop which whose lips could have a kiss scene with Jolin. The boys showed their sexy lips trying to attract Jolin’s attention. Ao Quan who’s desperate to be picked was shaking his lips to attract her attention but surprisingly Jolin picked A Wei which made the others disappointed. They said “Jolin doesn’t pick the good students.” This made Jolin reply “That’s right, for long shots we can use substitute.” This has hurt A Wei’s feelings.

When asked when was the last time Jolin said “I love you” to a male, she openly replied “Last year Christmas.” A Wei immediately said “Last year I was not in Taiwan, did you go to Hong Kong?” This made Jolin cracked up laughing but also made the other members attacking him.

Jolin was generous to expose the things in her bag, such a good chance to find Jolin’s secrets which made the boys hyper but when they found out her bag has things such normal things like sunglasses, wallet, makeup, charm, and etc Lollipop put all their hopes in her wallet hoping to find something like “lover’s photos” unfortunately there was none. But seeing a bundle of cash Jolin shyly said that she won a lot lately while playing mah-jong so she brought more cash. Hearing that they immediately think of “Cai Bang”, their eyes widen but also represent that they have been learning mah-jong at home. Asking if they could join “Cai Bang” and if there’s any ceremony? Jolin laughingly said “No ceremony, you can join if you’re sincere.” Making Lollipop cheered loudly.

When the show started recording Jolin performed her new song “Da Zhang Fu” which made all the boys hyper, Fanfan expressed that just watching her figure dancing was surprising. A Wei immediately learned the movements but it looked more like “man power” rather than “Da Zhang Fu” which made Jolin laughed. At the end Jolin taught A Wei the move, Jolin smoothly did a leg split movement, Fanfan asked if A Wei’s leg were long enough. As expected length of the legs is a problem, A Wei was stuck while doing the move and almost fell.

For the album cover Jolin had to be wire hanged, her waist was all bruised but it was all worth it as the result of the butterfly pose was amazing. Ao Quan challenged this move without using wire, he handsomely fly up but when landing down he fell on the floor. He immediately stood back up and Jolin was shock saying Ao Quan was amazing.

To fulfill Xiao Lu’s dreaming that is to Jolin a song with Jolin, he practiced at home for 3 days. He was already nervous seeing Jolin in person and didn’t think Jolin would dance around him which made Xiao Lu sweated and forgetting the lyrics. Afterward he immediately ran back to him seat.

The first half of this episode is the rest of Lollipop and the other half is about Fahrenheit. Continuing from last week episode Lollipop and Circus was running to catch the train back to Taipei but they missed the train so they had to catch a different train which stops are Tai Zhong only.

While they were traveling back Circus continued asking their prepared questions. They were asked to do some origami while answering these questions. The first question was "Do you really think HTQXZ is good drama?" I'm glad their questions is not like "of course it's good!" something like that. A Wei said it's pretty good but the only thing is that he wants more fighting as the end is mostly about love. Xiao Yu's answer was more daring, he said it's a waste of time. But he explained because his character is not important and there's nothing going on with the girls. He seems really care about this as he mentioned it a couple of times on show.

Next question was will they host another show as most fans want to know. A Wei said MFBBT is more popular, KID asked why they stopped filming? A Wei said because their schedule cannot fit in. They all laughed as Ao Quan said why A Wei so full of himself, must be magic of the origami. Xiao Yu said because A Wei is not a good host and A Wei agreed to it.

The next question was "Have they ever have close contact with fans?" This time they wrote their answer down on a piece of paper, out of the 4 there's 1 yes. As they suppose not to reveal the answer but while they were talking the answer was revealed. Xiao Jie said there's a member who likes to signup for communities and will leave his phone number while filling the form. That member's sister leaked his phone number out and fans were calling that number but no one picked up. He said that was during when they just debuted afterward that member know he did wrong. They were all guessing who it was and ended up guessing it's A Wei, it was so funny because afterward they all attacked him. It was really funny how A Wei kept asking if it's his sister and during the next question A Wei just suddenly popup saying Wei Lian has a sister and Xiao Jie too!

The next question is "If they had another elmination round who they will eliminate?" Each of them has 1 vote, some member's reason was for that member's sake. Ao Quan's answer was A Wei because of that phone issue. Xiao Yu's answer was Xiao Jie as he doesn't like getting close contact with girls but A Wei said Xiao Jie knows all the pretty girls in wretch.

That was the last question and they had to fillin a survey expressing what they think of Circus as host. At the end KID got the most votes which made him last out of the 4 and he will have a chance of being kick out of Circus or do something daring.

3rd March was the day that "Ai Dao Di" premiere at Taiwan, they had a premiere conference and lots of artists who participated in this movie came. Wang Zi and Mo Fan Qi Bang was there was well, I must say Wang Zi looks hot with that red and bow tie!

This is the surprise visit part for Xiao Jie, A Wei and Xiao Yu. Wang Zi and Ao Quan was so cute during the calling "room service" part. Once the door is open they went charging in and we see Xiao Jie and A Wei in a bathrobe. So they all started looking through their stuffs and Xiao Jie recemmended this mouth wash where Wang Zi tried it immediately. Afterward the four of them when and visit Xiao Yu, using a similar trick to make Xiao Yu open the door. They're so cute when they were stacking on each other.

This episode is so funny and Circus are crazy, Lollipop were so high!

So they were in the bus heading to where Lollipop's performance place, Circus's Leo played poker with Xiao Yu as they also said Xiao Yu is the gamble god. At the end Xiao Yu lost so he had to do the dare which is do Michael's moon walk in the train. It was so funny as the others pretend not knowning him and Xiao Yu was so embarrassed. The passengers were so calm they just ignored him.

I like the little chat with Circus before they went on the train, Circus was looking at Lollipop trying wanting to know how to become an idol. Then they said about drinks they buy Lollipop would rip the brand off even if they aren't an image representative for any drinks. Then Circus suddenly asked Ao Quan does he like anyone recently? Ao Quan went a little shock and wanting to leave so Circus changed the subject asking the 2 other members who's not with them at the moment. Xiao Jie said that Wang Zi's MSN has the most girls out of the 6, Ao Quan was saying how Wang Zi won't admit if he meet any new girl. Circus immediately asked Wang Zi and I like how he just replied "I have".

Circus then said to Lollipop to do something so that they can put it as preview so cheat audience to watch their show. So Lollipop started doing some random facial expression and this is the part where Wang Zi acted as "angry" just to attract audience to watch the show. Wang Zi's acting was very real I was cheated by him before.

This is the most craziest part in the show. Both Lollipop and Circus prepared some questions for each other, the group who loses at the end will have to eat tang yuan filled with wasabi inside. Lollipop's questions were pretty normal but Circus' questions were more daring. One of the question was "Who in Circus did a foreskin surgery?" Wang Zi immediately said Xiao Ma, he was so cute laughing so hard. But in the end they went with Eason as the answer. After knowing it's Xiao Ma Xiao Jie asked can we see and Xiao Ma really showed them that's why Lollipop was screaming that Circus went crazy.

Another part that was crazy was "What colour underpants is KID wearing?" A Wei was saying how it's skin colour meaning he didn't underpants. Wang Zi was touching KID and KID jumped saying Wang Zi touched his private part. Wang Zi just laughed so hard saying he actually didn't touch it. Then Circus said use look and Wang Zi immediately said "He didn't wear anything". As the previous question about foreskin Wang Zi got it correct so Xiao Jie believes in him this time. The answer was revealed by KID showing it to Lollipop and the answer is that he didn't wear underpants. So at the end Circus lost they had to eat the wasabi tang yuan. Xiao Jie is so brave he ate the tang yuan without looking ugly.

While Lollipop went to perform Circus grabbed one of Wang Zi's fans, Xiao Gui. Before Lollipop left they asked Wang Zi to blow up this plastic bag. I don't know if that fans is lucky or unlucky because she got fooled by Circus and it doesn't look nice to see her sucking Wang Zi's blown up plastic bag. At the end she received an hug from Wang Zi and as Wang Zi's father is waiting for him outside so he left the bus. Xiao Gui called a Xiao Yu fan, they were trying to fool that fan by pretending to be Xiao Yu but a super Lollipop fan could tell the difference.

This was a crazy episode and all of them were very high. Next week there's a bit more of Lollipop.

The time has finally come for the selection of San Jun, although we all know the result but it's sad to see each didis walking out of the studio. For the selection all the seniors were there to watch, Lollipop & 7Bang.

As we know there's only 2 got selected so from the start of the episode all the didis one by one was shown not selected. The last 3 didis was Ah Jie, Hu Ya and Ah Liang. Ah Jie was the first didi who got selected everyone felt reliefed as finally there's someone who got selected. When it was Hu Ya's turn I really felt like crying because he's been through a lot and they finally announced he got selected everyone jumped up in joy.

This was the end of season 2 and the start of another new season with all 3 generation together. Monday is the new season episode and Xiao Zhu will be the guest, I can't wait for it!

This episode topic is the same as what 7Bang had before, as a lot of audience like it so here's another episode of it with Lollipop + 7Bang. This time they had short videos to refer to and the main characters are Wei Yu, Mei Mei and Ya Tou.

Just when the episode starts Ao Quan said how he's upset with what Da Ya said during the New Year show. All the meimeis and didis were againsting Wei Yu, no matter he says they disagree with him. And funny thing is A Wei and Wang Zi said Wei Yu acted like a perverted, then A Wei was to acted the same thing. It was so funny how A Wei just pulled Mei Mei saying "That's size S, you should look at size L".

So Wei Yu has became the center attention in this episode with everyone againsting him. Xiao Jie didn't say much he just sat there quietly. This episode overall is good but too much of Wei Yu.

They only showed Ao Quan's and Wang Zi's surprise visit, I think the other members would be showed another day. Anyways, both of them were so cute. Wang Zi said he was about to take off his pants and was lucky he didn't do that. Then they started promoting HTQXZ and even showed us that they're watching Xing Xong's channel at the moment. I bet Wang Zi is just waiting for HTQXZ's CM so he could see himself.

Wang Zi was listening to "Cang Jing Ge" and both of them started dancing to the dance. Afterward they both showed their luggage, Wang Zi saying that Ao Quan is older so he has a bigger luggage bag. The first thing they pulled out was their red underpants. Ao Quan said every time they go overseas they will bring red underpants because this will make them popular. Then both of them started to compare who has a better taste in underpants.

Ao Quan explained that their room is like a internet bar, Ao Quan showed his newest production which is the new MFBBT commercial. Ao Quan mention that he usually paired up with A Wei for rooms but why Wang Zi this time? He explained because lately they are making a new movie so both of them are writting the scripts. They said in their room they hided something telling the Xing Xong's staff to find, it as a photo of them two with their signature.

They were so cute in this video, I can't wait to see the other member's surprise visit.

[News] Guang Zhou's surprise visit, Xiao Jie A Wei was embarrassed

[2009-02-26] Taiwanese popular group Lollipop filmed a special episode for Guang Zhou Xing Xong, the host wanted to reveal what Lollipop is like privately so had a surprise visit to Lollipop’s room. Out of the 5 Xiao Jie and A Wei was embarrassed as they were wearing a bathrobe. A Wei screamed “I don’t want to see anyone anymore!” The two who says they are the geek group, Wang Zi and Ao Quan, were advertising the show because Ao Quan’s new production will release soon.

During the surprise visit Xiao Jie and A Wei were getting ready to sleep, Xiao Jie was wearing a bathrobe and eating a banana, he was laughed by Ao Quan saying “Fans’ imagination will disappear after they watched this show.” A Wei who is same room as Xiao Jie hided under the blanket, Ao Quan immediately jumped onto A Wei which made him awake screaming. A Wei’s messed hair was filmed by the camera and screamed “I don’t want to anyone anymore!”

Wang Zi and Ao Quan who says they are the geek group as Ao Quan has been obsessed with filming and editing clips. They let the filming crew see a bit of his production and especially announced that fans need to look out for this show. Wang Zi who never will forget to bring his notebook said “For overseas promotion notebook is a must bring item as I can conveniently play songs to practice dancing.” They immediately played one of their new songs “Cang Jing Ge”.

The last person was Xiao Yu, the 4 of them went charging in Xiao Yu’s room. In Xiao Yu’s bag they found a calculator and his bank statements, they found it strange then Xiao Yu explained that he’s cares about his studies so much that he needs to bring a calculator so he can study anytime. But no one cared about what Xiao Yu said. For the bank statements Xiao Yu jokingly said “Money that I saved is used when I’m getting married, so I have to carry it with me.” This made the other members laughing at him.

Then Xiao Yu was asked why he’s alone in a room? Xiao Yu showed a sad face and said “Because I was left out by the other members.” This answer was unsatisfied by the other members, the 4 of them were about to punish Xiao Yu by jumping on top of him. But Xiao Yu immediately ran off and A Wei was replaced, the situation was hilarious.

New MFBBT Commercial

This is the brand new upcoming season of MFBBT commercial. The commercial was awesome, filming each one of them dancing in different places. The camera so quick and some I can't even see their faces properly. Andy ge doing the forward flip at the start is so cool! I remember in NL5DK that they mentioned he started learning some flips and etc.

Anyways, at the end there's a line written that the director of this commercial was Ao Quan and A Ben. I always knew Ao Quan has good directing skills but never knew A Ben as them as well.

模范棒棒堂 2009.02.24 三軍選拔向學長致敬 (下)

Continuing on from the previous episode Ah Liang performed his "Michael Jordan" dance. I would agree on what Andy ge said that he doesn't look like he's good at dancing and the end was too chopped. He should have focus more on his own dancing.

Next up and Xia En and Ah Jie performing Wang Zi's and Mao Di's taekwondo dance. So their main advice is "it doesn't matter how well you can dance as long as you look handsome that's all it matters". The VCR that they did was pretty funny and their performance was alright.

Afterward it's YoYo's turn performing Wei Yu's num-chucker dance that he did during the elimination round. YoYo tried really hard but probably he's trying to keep up with the music which makes him rushing it a bit. Like he's busy with his action where it's not smooth enough.

Next was Yi Teng challenging Li Quan's ballroom dancing performance. I must say Yi Teng did really good, most importantly his expression was enjoyful and happy.

Next was Wan Zi challenging Ao Quan's and A Wei's Dragonball Z performance. He went and asked for Ao Quan's advice but was late so Ao Quan hide behind another door and scared him.

The last performance is Xiao Chun challenging A Ben's fire dance performance. Xiao Chun was amazing and again he wore his revealing african costume.

Two videos featuring the situation at Guang Zhou on the 22nd February. As there were too many fans so the event was canceled and fans were crying when they heard that as some of them come from another place.

There's a short interview with Lollipop asking about their feelings about this cancellation of event. They said they were sorry about the cancellation and they feel sad as well, they will be back to see the fans.

The part where they were filming them in the hotel was so cute, Ao Quan and Wang Zi was dancing "Cang Jing Ge" to the fans. Xiao Jie and A Wei were filmed wearing a bathrobe so they were running away from the camera.

10 lucky fans got to meet Lollipop at a close distance and Lollipop also provided their fanservices, hugging and carrying them.

模范棒棒堂 2009.02.23 三軍選拔向學長致敬 (上)

Last night episode it's the continue of the San Jun selection PK challenge, this time the didis were told to re-perform their senior's classic performances.

In this episode Xiao Jie and Ao Quan appeared during the episode where they were teaching Hu Ya and Ah Liang their classic performance.

First performance in the show was Jian Tu, he's doing Wang Zi's 3rd elimination kung fu dance performance. When I first saw that performance I thought it was pretty easy but seeing Jian Tu's practice video, at that time Wang Zi must have practiced a lot as the music is pretty quick.

Next up was Hu Ya performing Xiao Jie's famous basketball dance that he performed in the 3rd elimination round and concert. Although Hu Ya is really good at dancing but he still couldn't grab a hold of some moves with the ball. So at the end he went and asked Xiao Jie to teach him, he also pointed out that the ball you use should have grips so that it won't round around too much. Hu Ya's performance was great as usual, Fanfan teared after seeing his performance. All 3 judges praised him and said he's ready.

Next performance was Xiao Bang and ABC doing Xiao Lu's and Yea Shou's graduation performance. It was their first time cooperating together and they had problems during their first practice. So at the end they went and asked Xiao Lu's help.

Afterward it was Ah Liang's turn, he's going to perform a classic classic performance from Ao Quan, which is "Michael Ao Quan" that he performed in the concert. As he got trouble with how to express the feel he went and asked Ao Quan for help. Ao Quan taught his the correct way of the Michael's step such as how to do the grabbing which doesn't look perverted and the walking step. At the end Ao Quan gave his Michael hat that he wore to Ah Liang hoping it will give him some power.

The episode ended with Ah Liang's practice video, so next episode it will show his performance. Next episode will also have a bit of Ao Quan as Wan Zi is doing Ao Quan's Dragonal Ball Z performance. Also I wonder if Wang Zi is going to appear in the show as Ah Jie and Xia En is performing Wang Zi's and Mao Di's graduation performance.

[News] Lollipop's Guang Zhou event has been cancelled

This news is not translated from an article but it was news from fans.

On the 21st February Lollipop except Wei Lian has arrived to Guang Zhou for the "222 Huan Ran Yi Xing" event, the event was held on the 22nd February but due to the over amount of fans attended the event and caused a big commotion the event has been cancelled so that both fans and artists will be safe.
This is the 2nd time that Lollipop's appearance at China has been cancelled due to the over amount of fans. Lollipop apologised to the fans who came and supported them and promise that they will be back again.

Wang Zi replied at woo saying it's a shame that they didn't get to perform as he was dressed up so handsome and nicely styled his hair. Andy ge also posted a message at woo saying although he didn't go to Guang Zhou with Lollipop but he immediately got news from Wang Zi and Xiao Jie that the event has been cancelled. He apologised to the fans and promise Lollipop will be back to meet the fans, also he mention do support "Hei Tang Qun Xia Zhuan" as it's airing in China at the moment.

Lollipop is just too popular in China, this is their 2nd time that they had to stop an event because of the amount of fans who came. It is a shame not to see the performance of the handsome Wang Zi dressed up and styled his hair nicely.

Lollipop on Circus Paparazzi, as usual the show start off slowly with Circus discussing what kind of questions to ask with Andy ge. Circus really does get off topic a lot of the times during this discussion. So they prepared questions like "Who is less popular in the group?", Andy ge replied that A Wei and Wei Lian is less popular in Taiwan. But each member is popular depends on different countries so there's no one is less popular. Other questions was like "Have they ever fought?", "Is there anything they don't want to do but have to?" and etc. And Andy ge talked about love between Hey Girl and Lollipop that he would go against it, the first example he gave was if Wang Zi and Gui Gui are dating he would against it because they both are young and will affect work. But if it's Ao Quan and Da Ya he probably will let them be as they are old enough to handle it.

So after a long discussion they finally went and found Lollipop. Lollipop was all dressed up for their Kiaohsiung Lantern Festival's performance. When Lollipop saw Circus they immediately said "Circus ge!", which showed their manners toward Circus as Circus debuted before Lollipop. So they had a little playful chat, saying how Circus Paparazzi has taken over Na Li 5 Da Kang and etc. So throughout the show Lollipop will PK Circus at variety of games, the first game was like freestyle rap or singing. At the end Lollipop won as A Wei's lyric said Xiao Jie's chin is shorter than one of the Circus's member. As suppose the loser had to drink this bitter drink but they pushed it that the winner has to drink it. A Wei was suppose to drink it but he pushed it to Xiao Jie.

So after all that they started heading to the Kaohsiung Lantern Festival's place. In the bus they continued their talk, Lollipop said a lot of things about Andy ge saying how he hates people ignoring him and how he's appearing in lots of shows. They also said something about Fahrenheit, Wang Zi said "6 people fans is more than 4 people fans". But after that he immediately said "I'm joking, Fahrenheit is very handsome!"

So that's all for this episode, next episode there will be more and in the preview it seem they all went crazy. Of course the part where Wang Zi is angry should be in the next episode. I'm sure the next episode will be a lot more interesting than this episode.

A Hong Kong news about Lollipop, 7Bang and San Jun back to recording the new MFBBT show. You can just tell how happy they are, Ao Quan calling Fanfan "Mother" and Wang Zi is like "For my age Fanfan can be my mother" and immediately Fanfan jokingly smacked at Wang Zi.

As people have read the news article about Xiao Yu and Xiao Man, it was a focus for news reporters. Lollipop apologised for Xiao Yu and Xiao Man that they did the wrong thing. As for their relationship a reporter asked if Lollipop knew about it, Xiao Jie replied that it's their own personally issue they just know about it when they read the newspaper. But they cleared up that Xiao Yu and Xiao Man are friends only.

[News] New season of MFBBT, all 3 generation together!

[2009-02-19] All 3 generation is together in a new season! Last week Hu Ya and Ah Jie were selected as the 3rd group from MFBBT. Yesterday it was the recording of the new MFBBT along with new segments and new background. Lollipop, Mo Fan 7 Bang and San Jun are all together in this new season of MFBBT. Fanfan who is the host happily said “This is a new start.” Wei Lian who took a leave for 2 months because of his father’s death is back to the group. The day before the recording day he had a new hair cut and said “Was absent for a long time now back to recording I felt a bit scared but seeing everyone brings back my energy!”

Yesterday Xiao Zhu especially came to the recording with flowers and a cake to celebrate the new season of MFBBT. Fanfan was only happy for 5 minutes as Xiao Zhu’s MV “Cheng Yao”does not have her. Xiao Zhu immediately explained “Because you and Hei Ren is one!”

Before Xiao Zhu expressed that if his album sold 150,000 copies he would dress up as a female and dance. At the moment Xiao Zhu’s album has sold 120,000 copies already and the boys helped the audience to get a sight of this earlier, they prepared a 180cm dressed up in bikini cardboard female. Seeing such a comedy scene the boys pushed A Wei to try, as A Wei is only around 170cm all you could see was his hair and eyes. With the help from Ao Quan his face then could be seen, everyone cracked up laughing.

There was a rumour that Xiao Yu and Xiao Man were dating and it also became the focus question of reporters. Towards this issue Lollipop seriously replied to the reporters for Xiao Yu & Xiao Man, they apologised as a celebrity that they presented a misleading model and hope fans will forgive them. Lollipop expressed that dating is not prohibit as long as it doesn’t affect their work. But when asked if there’s a possibility that the two groups being paired up, Wang Zi replied “Only when acting.”

Channel[V]’s director Andy expressed that the company doesn’t have a rule that artists cannot date, only warnings from mouth. Hoping Lollipop and Hey Girl don’t date each other as personal feelings will affect their emotions during work. As for Xiao Yu and Xiao Man smoking in public is a bad example as a artist, they both are in a introspection period. The introspection time will depends on their behaviour.

This was the best news I've heard in 2009 that all 3 generation of MFBBT groups at back together in a whole new season of MFBBT. I guess the 2nd season didn't do good and Andy ge has kept his words that if the ratings are bad the old didis are coming back. My heart is racing now, I wonder when the new episodes are showing.

On the other hand I'm quite sad to hear about Xiao Yu and Xiao Man. Not that smoking is a big thing but was just shock. For the photos of them dating and smoking you can see it here.

Xiao Bang VS Wang Zi
Another singing and dancing PK, Xiao Bang performed a really old song which I have recently heard of but it was a fun performance. It's funny how Wang Zi, Ao Quan and Xiao Jie were dancing at the back when Xiao Bang was performing. Wang Zi and the two dancers (Ao Quan & Xiao Jie) performed "Cang Jing Ge". Scoring was Wang Zi got 17 and Xiao Bang got 12.

Xia En VS Xiao Ma
Poppin PK, Xia En did pretty good I was surprise he could pop. If only he prepare a bit more he would have beaten Xiao Ma. Xiao Ma's performance was funny, he kept on flicking his bangs.
Scoring was Xiao Ma got 16 and Xia En got 16, the first didi who get to sit back down.

Hu Ya VS Wei Yu
LA Street jazz PK, a dance style that I recently love, finally Hu Ya and Wei Yu dancing something different. Both performance was great but Wei Yu's performance was more completed. Scoring was Wei Yu got 19 and Hu Ya got 15.

Xiao Chun VS Xiao Jie
Comtempary mix with breaking PK, Xiao Chun actually got potiental in trying other different style as I thought he did pretty good in breaking. Xiao Jie's performance was a hard-to-understand performance. But it was cool, I was mostly attracted to his makeup. Scoring was Xiao Jie got 18 and Xiao Chun got 13.

Ah Liang VS Ao Quan
2nd season class leader VS 1st season class leader, Ah Liang was shock that he's challenging Ao Quan. Ah Liang's performance was alright, but Ao Quan's performance was a bit provoking. In the start he imitated Ah Liang's and Hu Ya's 3rd elimination round performance where Ah Liang forgot his steps, then continues to imitate Ah Liang's dancing. After that something we've seen a lot of times but never would get tiried of it was his "Michael Ao Quan" dance.
The scoring was Ao Quan got 21 and Ah Liang got 16.

Jian Tu VS Li Quan
Ballroom dance PK, I was wondering why Li Quan is not up yet as previously Ah Liang said they got no challenger. Since Jian Tu has a partner Li Quan's partner is Gui Gui. Li Quan is so shuai when dancing ballroom, the performance was fun and nice to watch. The scoring was Li Quan & Gui Gui got 20, another full score performance and Jian Tu got 12.

So at the end only Xia En manage to stay behind while all the rest got defeated by the seniors. Next episode they will announce the result of this PK challenge and soon or later they will announce the 2 selected members of 3jun.

The seniors are back, in Lollipop only Ao Quan, Xiao Jie and Wang Zi while all members of 7Bang is there. I guess A Wei and Xiao Yu probably have school issue to deal with other than that reason I can't think of any others. For Wei Lian we should all know what happened to him.

Xiao Jie had this rock makeup on and he totally looks awesome like that. Everyone was wearing black except for A Ben and Mao Di. A Ben is so hilarious with that mask on and was totally in character as no matter what he would start to rap.

Yi Teng VS Mao Di
They PK singing and dancing, Yi Teng got a score of 13 while Mao Di got 16.

Wan Zi VS Ao Quan
They were PK break dancing, I did see Wan Zi improve but still need to work harder because his moves doesn't seem smooth enough. Haven't seen Ao Quan breaking for a long time, really misses his performances. As usually Ao Quan always bring a good performance to the audience, this performance is just mainly break dancing so Ao Quan did not add any other things in it. The score at the end is Ao Quan got 19 while Wan Zi got 14.

Ah Jie VS A Ben
They PK rapping, A Ben as usual he's so funny even before performing. I cracked up laughing so badly at A Ben's performance. I like the video he recorded, it's so hilarious.
The score is A Ben got 20 and Ah Jie got 15.

ABC VS Yea Shou
Another singing PK, I think Yea Shou should have chosen another song as it's hard to sing. At the end Yea Shou got 17 and ABC got 15.

YoYo VS Xiao Lu
Locking PK amongst these two, YoYo's dance was like a mix of different style not really much of locking and Xiao Lu's performance is great as usual as we all know he specialise in locking.
Xiao Lu got a score of 17 and YoYo got 12.

This episode ended with all the didis being defeated by the seniors, next episodes there will be more amazing performance.

[News] Wei Lian's father funeral

[2009-02-16] Lollipop member Wei Lian’s father passed away at the age of 51 on the 30th January. As the oldest son, Wei Lian has prepared the funeral. Members of Lollipop: Wang Zi, A Wei, Xiao Yu, Ao Quan, Xiao Jie and good friend Kenji Wu attended the funeral. The unshaved face of Wei Lian looks extremely exhausted and eye bags were shown. During the funeral he cried until lost of voice.

Wei Lian’s father has always had a healthy body and also a P.E. teacher but unfortunately last year he discovered that he got cancer. This year January he’s been going through treatment, Wei Lian had to travel from Taipei to Tai Zhong to take care of his father. During New Year Wei Lian even took a long break and stayed at Tai Zhong to take care of his father but unfortunately on the 30th January Wei Lian’s father passed away. This news was a great shock to his mother and sister.

At first Wei Lian’s family had their emotion well controlled, when they saw relatives or friends they would greet them. But after the ceremony, Wei Lian collapsed and burst out in tears. This might affect Lollipop’s 2009 plan postponed for the new album and concert.

FANS 2009 February Issue (Wang Zi + Lollipop)

Finally found clear scans of FANS February issue where Wang Zi and Mao Di on the cover. I usually don't read the articles for magazine scans but for this one I read everything.

The first few questions they asked about "Ai Dao Di" and movie related questions as both of them have participated in 2 movies. The rest of the questions was about love as it's Valentine day.

There's things I didn't know about Wang Zi, like Mao Di said when the other 5 members (Lollipop) is watching adult movies Wang Zi would not watch it and aviod watching any parts ot it. They also talked about their past Valentine days, Wang Zi would receive a lot of chocolates and love letters. I knew Wang Zi is popular with girls during high school but didn't know he was popular with the female teachers as well.

Firstly the host asked if other members want to sing a solo song or write a song themselves, Ao Quan replied for their new album he wish that the 6 of them will put in their own creativity as before it was mostly Xiao Jie, Wang Zi and Xiao Yu. Then Wang Zi was saying how they are currently going in the mature style but cute names like duoduo, bubu is also good for song titles. A Wei continues saying how in their new album every will participate and improve, also company wishes them to train their bodies to express a different style and again A Wei has to mention Ao Quan's age. The host asked "will you guys strip?", A Wei replied that if it's needed then they take it off. The host seem excited about and ask if they'll get wet like Rain, Ao Quan just replied "Please look forward to it."

The host asked A Wei about him playing the piano and if he can perform now. A Wei said he's interested in it after learning it then Wei Lian said that he can't play a whole song straight and how once he sang and A Wei playing he was waiting for A Wei to play the next note.
The host asked the other members if they have learned any new talents. Ao Quan said he learned a bit of beat box, the host thought Ao Quan already know how to. Ao Quan immediately showed a bit of his beat box and the other members helped him. Wei Lian was pushed to do a solo of the beat box as the host found out that Wei Lian only have the looks of beat boxing but there's no sound.

The topic then moved on to Ao Quan's and A Wei's movie "Re Xue Tong Meng". They talked about the training and things that happened during the filming. The host asked if they have imagine having a kissing scene or sex scene with Theresa, Ao Quan said the movie is basically on martial art and not much on romance.

The next question was what makes you awake, Wang Zi said he would talk about old memories like during school.

After the short break the host asked their 2009 plan. Xiao Jie said they will release a album and will release around June/July. The host asked about their Hong Kong concert and they confirmed that it will be around July time. The host seem excited and wanted to sing "Dui Bu Qi" with them.

As it's Valentine day the host asked about their past Valentine day. Each members talked about their Valentine day experiences. Wei Lian's story was funny as he invited his girlfriend to eat a very cheap food in Taiwan. A Wei then commented something romantic about Valentine day which he sounds very experienced. Once again A Wei got betrayed by his members to perform his whiny voice.

Finally it's the call in section, the loser have to call out and say "Happy Valentine time". A Wei and Xiao Jie lost. Then A Wei and that fan started the conversation, A Wei requested the fan to "Chu~" to him. The 2nd fan was a guy also called A Wei, they started the conversation. It's funny how the other members said "kiss" and "chu~" which was so funny.

[News] Wei Lian's father passed away, Lollipop continues with 5 members

At first the news of Wei Lian's father passed away was unsure because there wasn't any official news. So finally there's a official news about it on newspaper.

Wei Lian's father passed away on the 30th January because of cancer. As Wei Lian is the oldest son so he had to take care of his father's funeral therefore be will be away from Lollipop's work. Wei Lian will be back to work in late February. Wei Lian's father is a P.E. teacher and was healthy all along but mid last year he discovered that he got cancer. Last year in father's day episode of "Mo Fan Bang Bang Tang" he appeared on the show. Wei Lian's father fought with his cancer for 8 months but unfortunately on the 30th January at 6:27pm he passed away. Wei Lian mention that his father is very handsome, also a sport representative of Taiwan and he is very proud of him.

When Wei Lian received news that his father passed away he was very depress. Last year during one of Lollipop's autograph event his father came and supported him even when he's going under treatment. After Wei Lian's father passed away, it was Wei Lian's responsibility to take care of the funeral. It is decided that the funeral will be held on 15th February. Fans left messages online supporting and cheering Wei Lian. Hei Ren visited Wei Lian he said that Wei Lian is very sad, he has grown a beard since he didn't shave but still stayed strong to face the truth.

This is a Hong Kong radio interview and Xiao Yu is not present. At first they mostly talked about the filming of HTQXZ and the fun things that happened during the filming. Afterward the host asked about MFBBT, Lollipop replied that they really miss the show and requested Andy ge for make another show for them or them going back on the show if the ratings isn't good.

It's funny how they interview the host back and they stopped the interview after A Wei asked how old the host is. Later on they talked about 7bang, they all pushed the question to Wang Zi as he's the brother of Mao Di.

Lastly they talked about HTQXZ album and firstly the host asked Wang Zi's solo song. As usual Wang Zi talked about his song and the host asked what happen if that female fan who hugged him from the MV was annoying him will he get pissed? Wang Zi jokingly said no because Wei Lian would save him. The host then asked the other members about what Wang Zi looks like when he is pissed? They all saying how he looked very feirce when scolding Mao Di.

After broadcasting "Dui Bu Qi" the show ended and seem like there's more of Lollipop next time with phone calling from fans.

Lollipop is on this show again. They are here to promote songs they like, first part they talked about Wang Zi's solo song "Dui Bu Qi". The 2nd part they promote Tank's "Zhuan Shu Tian Shi" song. [News] Fans complained for insulting their idols

[2009-02-05] Taiwanese popular group Lollipop always presents a clean image which attracted lots of female; recently there’s been a misunderstanding that Lollipop acted as the main lead of an adult English movie. It attracted lots of Lollipop fans complain and discussion in forums. They even complained to the movie company saying using their idol’s name is a copyright crime.

A movie company will soon release a movie name “Si Zai Bang Bang Tang”, the main lead is a Hollywood actor Seth Rogen and female lead is the one who acted in “Spider Man 3” and the movie “W.”Both of them will be acting as a young teen who’s really poor to run out of this they find other friends together to film adult movies, it is a comedy adult movie.

Fans of Lollipop saw their idols name as an adult movie was surprise and angry. They complained in forums and one even said “If I didn’t know I thought Lollipop is acting in an adult movie!”

A reporter called the movie company the one who replied was Mr. Wei “This movie is about a group of young teens who lost their jobs to earn money in their own way they started filming adult movies, the moral of the movie is to support young teens to be strong even in bad situation. Finally it's broadcast! "Behind the Story" as expected it's so touching, I feel like crying when they were talking. The who atmosphere just perfectly makes you have more feeling while listening to their talk.

This was such an interesting talk and it's rare to see Lollipop talking so serious to everyone. I totally cried when they talked about the fight between Ao Quan and Xiao Jie. When it actually ended I feel like I want more because it was so touching.

2009 Kaohsiung Lantern Festival

Yesterday Lollipop participated in the "2009 Kaohsiung Lantern Festival", only 5 of them were there as everyone should know what happened to Wei Lian. They wore all black which seem like I've seen them wore it before but couldn't remember where.

Like in the V Power concert they sang "Yes" and "Cang Jing Ge" along with the dance break in the middle of "Cang Jing Ge". Then there was a little talk with the two hosts, saying some New Year greetings. Then there was little treats to the fans, each member asked a question and the one who answer it correct gets a Lollipop poster. A Wei's question was really awkward to answer as he asked "How old is Ao Quan?" The fans didn't want to answer it, the first fan said "19" and Wang Zi immediately said "I'm 19 not Ao Quan". The 2nd fan answered it blurry but correct.

Before they sang "Mi Mi Ji Di" they talked about their 2009 plans, Wang Zi first off promote "Ai Dao Di" and their concert. Xiao Jie continue with the concert information saying first stop is Hong Kong and the last stop is Taiwan.

Yes I am creating a Lollipop subbing team name "LolliSub", this is totally a fansub group to spread the love for Lollipop to other fans which doesn't understand Chinese or doesn't understand Chinese fully.

For LolliSub to actually last I need a few helpers. If you are interested in helping out and willing to spend a bit of your own time, please email me: prince-lollipop@bbt.tw

The requirements is simple you don't need any experience (because I don't have experience as well) as long as you fully understand Chinese and have the skills to translate it in English that will be fine, also you have to be die hard Lollipop fan.

For people who doesn't understands Chinese at all but know another language (such as Germany, Thai etc.) and is interested to help out subbing the English into another language, you are welcome to join as well.

Just to mention that only I can have control of the youtube channel (so I have to upload everything) because I used my Google account to open it and if I spread my account out which means my gmail is exposed out.

[News] Lollipop arrived at Hong Kong for CNY greeting

[2009-01-29] Popular idol group Lollipop came to Hong Kong last year and attracted a bunch of loyal fans. Every time they appear in Hong Kong it will create a commotion. The year of ox came Lollipop wish their popularity will continue to be high and their career will be smooth. Lollipop handmade windmill and wrote their New Year wishes, they also greeted the Hong Kong fans.

Lollipop members Wang Zi, Ao Quan, Wei Lian, Xiao Jie and A Wei thanked the Hong Kong fans for their supports; they came all the way to Hong Kong to greet the fans. Although one member Xiao Yu had to stay in Taiwan for his exams but the 5 members came with a happy mood. When they see the martials for making a windmill it reminded them their school days, handcraft is not a problem for Lollipop.

Lollipop is not a group that can only sing and dance, 5 of them also have a different side of them. During the interview day Lollipop actually was busy the whole time but their passion during the interview did not decrease. Amongst all Ao Quan likes to joke around which made the other members high as well, everyone talking together and was very happy.

Chinese New Year is important to Lollipop, although ever since they debuted they would still find the time to spend time with their family. Xiao Jie said “Our family must gather together during Chinese New Year, Taiwanese people like to eat hotpot in Chinese New Year.” Ao Quan and Wang Zi said “New Year foods there are fish, meat, soup etc…” Xiao Jie added “Also you forgot chang shou mian, hua jiao. These are also food Taiwanese people eats.”

Taiwanese tradition, once they’re an adult and started working they need to hand out red pocket. Lollipop is no different; ever since Xiao Jie debuted his cousins would ask him for red pockets. But the happiest thing is to hang out with relatives and gamble a bit. He said “When I was young I like to tag along with my mother for CNY greeting because I can get red pockets. The worst is that my mother doesn’t allow me to receive big red pocket, either give it back or give to my mother.”

A Wei remembered that he received $2000 (HK) red pocket money the most and Ao Quan have received $10,000 (HK) red pocket money. So what they do with the money? He said “Mostly it’s taken away by my mom to invest on stocks.” Xiao Jie said “That happened to me as well, the money was taken away from my mom saying she’s saving it for me but at the end she spent it all. But now I’ve debuted, earning money by myself I would give a big red pocket to thank my mom.”

Wang Zi has also received $10,000 (HK) red pocket money before from his grandparents. But at the end was taken by his mom to pay for his school fees. Wang Zi and Wei Lian said they used the red pocket money to buy new clothes and watch movies and would not waste money. When asked if they’ll use the money to woo girls the 5 laughed and said “Yes, will invite girls to eat and sometimes will success.” Ever since the 5 of them debuted they have been really busy so they don’t have the time to meet girls. Their 2009 wish other than their Hong Kong concert success they also wish to find a girlfriend each.

The story is simple Jun Yi (Wei Lian) is A Meng's (Ao Quan) ex-girlfriend they broke up and A Meng end up with Bao Mei (A Wei). Jun Yi couldn't accept it so she kidnap Bao Mei, A Meng is trying to save Bao Mei but he have to fight through all those assassins (A Wei).

The funny parts were A Wei and Wei Lian cross dressing as a women but the whole thing mainly focus on fighting. If no one told me that they filmed it by themselves I would thought it's some other experienced directors. It's really well filmed, cut and sound effects. Even my mother who was beside me watching it says it's really well filmed.

At the end they had "To be continue..." I hope there's really more of it, since A Wei and Ao Quan have this kind of talent Channel[V] should give them more chance to show their work. Hope next time the other 3 can be in it.

This is the drama part of the show. Overall I thought last year was better as this year there's too many people and there's always a little break in between. Anyways it was fun to watch just that as there's a lot of people so everyone had so little parts. It was much better when Hei Ren start appearing back in the filming because he's like the one who can only control all the didis and mei meis.

It would be better if the "Red Cliff" group changed to something else because everyone was wearing modern clothing while they were the only one wearing the olden era clothes. The guys should have did a bit more teasing because it's funny to see the girls getting out of control. Just like how someone was teasing Xiao Xun and A Ben teasing Gui Gui.

When everyone appeared and Hei Ren started handing out red pocket, all of them started playing games. So the rest of the time spent was playing games and punishment which is drawing on each other faces. Hei Ren does come up with funny and childish things, like tracing Tang Guo's hand on Xiao Xun's face, it came out pretty cool.

So it ended with everyone saying a New Year wish.

This part is just the best friend part. I think it's not that fun because the meimeis and didis are actually not that close to each other and they only gather together if they cooperate or for the New Year show.

The only major point in this part was the love triangle between Wang Zi, Xiao Xun and Gui Gui. Other than that all the other parts were quite boring. But luckily Ao Quan started off saying something interesting and daring, like he still thinks of Da Ya and every time in Hey Girl's interview when asked for Lollipop members he always look forward to her choosing him but gets disappointed when she choose A Wei instead.

The GuiWangXun part was the best part of the show as there's more to talk about. But it also looked like some fanservice where it's setted by Channel[V] because otherwise there's no bao dian. When I said that it's setted by Channel[V] I don't mean that the things aren't real just that it seem like they were told to say it out on the show. But I'm still happy they did that because I didn't thought they would even say anything about Gui Gui and Wang Zi.

You can see how the atmosphere became a bit dead after WangXun pairing ended their game, all the pairings came out is either answer 1 question only or none. This just shows how unclose they are also I think they cut some parts out like other didis or meimeis didn't get to reveal their answers.

我愛黑澀棒棒堂 2009.01.25 除夕紅白大對抗

Last night was the CNY red&white PK challenge and lots of people were trying to watch it online even me but nothing was working for me so all did was just read comments from woo. Without sleeping much I woke up early morning to find the videos online, jyzeng1031 has uploaded the whole thing but it's not clear and audio sometimes doesn't match so I'm not posting it out but if you don't mind you find the user and watch it.

First of all, all the performances were incredible! All the performances were better than last year and was put a lot of effort in it. I like it how there's audience because it makes the atmosphere more higher. I guess because the amount of performances and the time they had so nobody talked much on the show not even the judges.

The Red team was leading all the way until when Xiao Le lost badly to Wen Zi which made the score equal. But afterward the Red team took back the lead and won at the end. Li Quan was at his full blast getting a score of 20 for both of his performances. Wang Zi's and Xiao Xun's performance was awesome! Both of them are great at acting so them doing a musical play was good. The video on the LED makes the performance even better although I laughed at when the scene of Wang Zi in the water and their HTQXZ screen shots was well done (although he asked his fans to do the screen caps). The funniest performance was A Ben, I watched his performance 3 times and still makes me laugh. He did a kuso performance imitating Hey Girl's V Power concert opening. A Wei and Ao Quan did a Fung Yun performance, A Wei as Fung and Ao Quan as Yun. These two always bring out the best performance to the audience, both performed really very although I liked A Wei's performance a bit more because there's more of the martial art feel while Ao Quan is more breaking.

[News] Lollipop eats seafood for their family reunion dinner

[2009-01-25] Nian 30 is where people eat family reunion dinner, Lollipop usually work separately since they are together they took the chance to eat New Year dinner together. But unfortunately where ever they go they are surrounded by fans so at the end they brought a lot of seafood and crabs to celebrate. Members Wei Lian, A Wei and Xiao Yu zodiac is ox they are all turning 24 years old. They joking said Lollipop is the family of ox, working all day and night. It is rare they get a week break, they were so happy. Ao Quan, Wang Zi and Wei Lian can take the chance going back to Tai Zhong to visit their family.

When talked about New Year wish Xiao Yu hope he could smoothly graduate and get into institution. A Wei jokingly said “I hope my singing skills improve so that during the Hong Kong concert I can sing with Wei Lian.” Wang Zi and Ao Quan who cares about fans the most wish they could release a Cantonese song so they’ll close the distance with the Hong Kong fans. Xiao Jie just wishes Lollipop keep on working hard and to get a name in the Asia group.

[2009-01-25] Lollipop celebrating the year of ox, they talked about some of their embarrassing things happened during Chinese New Year, Ao Quan got arrested by the police and Xiao Jie almost burnt someone’s roof.

This year Lollipop has 1 week of holiday, they all talked about interesting things happened in the pass. Xiao Jie happily sad said when he was in elementary school because he was playing with firecrackers he almost burnt someone’s roof. The bunch of kids was scared and could only splash water, luckily the fire was under control and afterward he got scolded badly.

After listening to Xiao Jie’s story Ao Quan smiled and said ever since the law that firecrackers aren’t allow to lit the only choice was to play on the roof top but unluckily he was found out and police came.

A Wei says he used to play with firecrackers with the neighbour but once he got hurt, to avoid getting hurt he accidentally fell in the lake. Xiao Yu would start gambling from New Year “Practically every day I would play mah-jong, cards, last year I even lost $20,000 or $30,000”.

This year for Chinese New Year is Lollipop first year giving red pocket to their parents but only Xiao Yu laughing said “I’m still a kid so I will continue to receive red pockets”. The other members expressed that they will give at least 5 digit number to their parents. Wang Zi said “I give all my income to my parents, so it’s a big red pocket!”
Wang Zi and Ao Quan planned to go overseas with their parents during the New Year.

[News] Fans unhappy with the voting result

"e 乐大赏" held a voting poll for 11 popular artists, groups. As the result was announced fans of Jam Hsiao and Fahrenheit complained and started a fight.

Other than fans of Jam Hsiao was not happy about the result, fans of Fahrenheit does not accept that Fahrenheit's popularity is below Lollipop. Online fan name kyrakyra said "Lollipop is nothing, anyone in Fahrenheit has a higher popularity of the 6 together in Lollipop!"zunfuren said "How is it possible that Fahrenheit lost to Lollipop?" They all spread the words to vote for their idol and to fight back.

Fahrenheit fans: It's impossible for Fahrenheit to lose to Lollipop in popularity! Telling fans to vote and do something for our idols.

The local Fahrenheit fans community administrator Vivian expressed "It's impossible that Fahrenheit's popular is below Lollipop." She expressed that Fahrenheit's votes are behind because most of the student fans just started school and is busy with studying. So a lot of fans can only vote during the night, also now parents would limit their online time so it's hard for them to vote.

[2009-01-21] Yesterday a Japanese reporter received news from a reader that a female who claims herself as a fan of Lollipop who is currently studying at Taipei posted a post on her blog scolding Johnny’s Jr groups. As a result it caused the Johnny’s fans and Lollipop’s fans fighting together. To avoid the problem getting worst Lollipop member Wang Zi apologised to the Johnny’s fans on his blog. Yesterday reporters contacted Lollipop’s manager Ao Jun Yi, she expressed that she doesn’t wish this issue to become any worse, telling the fans to be sensible and hoping this issue will settle down.

Synopsis:
Lollipop, Hey Girl, Mo Fan 7 Bang, HSH meimeis and BBT didis, are all working hard together as a family. Because of work they will privately develop good friendship, so who is each other opposite good friend? Who will get a perfect match?

The host Rong Jia firstly selected Ao Quan to reveal his answer. Ao Quan wrote Da Ya but Da Ya wrote Yea Shou which made Ao Quan's heart broke and was more heart broke when Yea Shou also wrote Da Ya. This made Ao Quan looking at those two playing games together and getting prizes. Da Ya expressed that because she's paired with Yea Shou with the red & white PK challenge and finds that Yea Shou is gentle guy so she wrote him.

Ya Tou thought "Hei Tang Qun Xia Zhuan" has deepen her friendship with Wang Zi. But unexpectedly that Wang Zi wrote Xiao Xun who is also from "Hei Tang Qun Xia Zhuan" and Xiao Xun also wrote Wang Zi. Ya Tou grumble and said the ending is like "Hei Tang Qun Xia Zhuan".

The worst was A Wei, after everyone is paired and playing games the host Hei Ren was going to do the ending but A Wei jumped and said he haven't reveal his answer yet. Hei Ren then realise only A Wei is not paired with someone but sadly there isn't anyone to pair up with him. But they let him reveal his answer anyway and his answer was Ya Tou. Ya Tou then realise that
A Wei's hint before was him and not Wang Zi who is sitting next to him.
