A magazine has a set of Lollipop album promotion cards which has not permitted and Channel[V] producer Andy posted in the forum saying this product has not been agreed by us for selling, so please do not purchase it.
Lately a magazine has released a set of Lollipop album promotion cards, there's a set of 4 with a collection of 80, 30, 16, 16 different cards to collect. Each packet cost $10, to collect the whole set it would cost $320. Once the item was being released a lot of Lollipop fans has put a order and even some oversea fans wanted it too asking fans from Hong Kong to purchase it for them.
But Andy already left a message telling fans to not purchase these items because they have not agreed with it. Once message was out a lot of fans discussed saying how they were cheated by the magazine.
While interviewing Andy, he said "Actually we've been cooperating happily with each other, all this time the promotion photos we've taken is all free. If the cards and magazine were together and not sold separately then there won't be a problem with it. Our company aren't happy about it as it was not permitted.
Lollipop's recording company EMI Hong Kong representative Miss Wong said "The magazine company has not agreed with us before selling those cards, right now we are discussing this issue with Taiwan manager to talk about the legal issues. (Will you take legal action?) Maybe because these photos are taken for free but they are selling it to earn money."
For the magazine side it is said that the owner is not at Hong Kong at the moment so there was no response.

I've seen Andy ge's message about this in the forum. Although they didn't mention what magazine it was but I know it's the Hong Kong magazine "YES".
And I do have some photos of the cards they were selling (but it's all Wang Zi), they were really nice photos but too bad once this news is out I don't think they can ever sell them.
