I'm not sure what event it was some said it was 金鍾獎慶功宴 and another said it's 黑澀會的慶功會 but anyway it doesn't matter.

I heard that the 6 members of Lollipop had a new hair style, must be for their new album releasing at the end of the year. But from these photos can you tell? Because all of them except for Wei Lian had a cap on so couldn't see properly. But it seem like Wei Lian had a hair cut. Or maybe it's just messy and not styled.
