Not really an official announcement of the DVD but someone from the woo forum found this in the EMI forum.
A fan asked the EMI staffs about Lollipop's Concert DVD and one of the staff just replied "Please wait until next month". Although I'm not sure if it's really true or not but at least they replied which hint us that probably they are in the middle of producing the DVD.
I hope the DVD will come soon.

the dvd is of course about their concert.
