They are all so cute in this video! I love the part where Wang Zi kick and Xiao Jie fly off, it's so funny and cute!

The only thing I didn't translate was the instructor's comment about each members.
Xiao Jie: Most flexible, would be stronger if he learned it easier.
Wei Lian & Xiao Yu: Have the strongest muscle.
Ao Quan & Wang Zi: Best posture and flexible.
